tripto.guide uses only a few cookies and browser storage entries (localStorage) that are necessary to provide the Service. Here we explain what is stored on your device, why and for how long. We do not use analytics, advertising or marketing cookies.

What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. Browser storage (localStorage) and the cache storage (Cache Storage) work similarly and let a website keep information on your device.
Necessary cookies and storage (no consent required)
sb-<project-id>-auth-token (first-party cookie, possibly split into parts .0, .1 etc.) — keeps you signed in (Supabase). Set only after sign-in; valid until you sign out, at most about 400 days.
sb-<project-id>-auth-token-code-verifier (first-party cookie) — temporary protection of sign-in via email link or Google; removed once sign-in completes.
tripto:saved-places:v2 (localStorage) — your saved places when you are not signed in. Kept until you remove places or clear browser data; not sent to us.
tripto-recent-searches-v1 (localStorage) — your recent searches, kept only on this device and not sent to us.
tripto-poster-cart, tripto.poster.draft.v1, tripto:checkout-email (localStorage) — the map poster editor cart, your last design and the email address entered on the order screen. Kept only on this device; only the order details are sent to our server when you start a payment. Kept until you remove them or clear browser data.
Offline storage (Cache Storage, service worker) — audio and page files, only if you choose “Save offline”; kept until you remove them.
Cookieless statistics (Umami)
For visitor statistics we use Umami Cloud (Umami Software, Inc.). Umami sets no cookies and stores or reads nothing on your device; your browser loads the script from cloud.umami.is and sends page-view data there.
What we do not use
No analytics, advertising, marketing or social media cookies and no affiliate tracking cookies.
Your browser loads map tiles (OpenFreeMap) and photos (img.tripto.pl via Cloudflare) from these services’ servers; we do not use them to set cookies. As with any file request, those servers see your IP address.
Our own statistics are recorded without cookies, user identifiers or storing IP addresses.
Consent
As we use only necessary technologies, we show no cookie banner and do not ask for consent. If we introduce a category requiring consent, we will ask for it then.
Browser settings
You can view, block and delete cookies and storage in your browser (usually under “Privacy” or “Cookies and site data”). If you block necessary technologies, some features such as sign-in or saved places may not work.
